If you happened to catch the cover of the DSPORT Model Search in DVD #16, you may remember that Jeri Lee was the "favorite import model" as chosen by the other import models. So what's Jeri's secret to her Miss Congeniality status? We thought we'd try to find out by getting to know her.

DSPORT: So, tell us about yourself.

JERI: I'm sure veryone and their mom knows who I am (laughing). But, I'm just plain Jeri Lee. I'm awesome, I'm a sweetheart and I'm very humble and down to earth. You'll fall in love with me, 'cause I'm that cool.

DSPORT: Not falling for you yet, just getting confused actually. So tell us about modeling.

JERI: My Mom got me into modeling and acting when I was just 3 years old. I think it’s in my blood. I really have a passion for it. I got into the scene at 17, and it took off from there.

DSPORT: What is the most exotic destination you’ve traveled to?

JERI: I love to travel .I’ve been all over. I’M KIND OF A BIG THING, I’M INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN (laughing). I’m actually in London right now, but my favorite destination is Japan. If you’ve never been, you must put that on your list of “things to do.” Japan is such an amazing country. The food, the culture and the technology is so advanced. The trends, especially fashion are freaking crazy. And, the people are so nice there.

DSPORT: What is your favorite type of food?

JERI: I love food. Like that one model said on the DVD, I love to eat! I watch FOOD NETWORK religiously. Vietnamese, Japanese, Filipino, and Mexican food are what I eat most often. My all time favorites are pancakes and spaghetti. Not together.

DSPORT: Outside of modeling, Go-Go dancing and traveling, how do you spend your time?

JERI: Just spending time with my friends and family. Since my work involves partying, I’m a homebody when I have spare time. I also love to cook when I find the time.

DSPORT: You listed a bunch of crappy music (if it could be called that) under your favorites. Do you have any standards what so ever?

JERI: I like anything that has a dope beat to it, no matter how mindless the melody.

DSPORT: Yes. Most of the genres of music are mindless. You are actually kind of into import performance. Explain.

JERI: Yes. My high school sweetheart at the time got me into cars and the car show scene. That’s where I saw “import models.” I was like, I want to do what they’re doing and then TA DA!

DSPORT: What is your favorite car?

JERI: I love GT-Rs. Both old and new. R33 is my favorite.

DSPORT: What is after modeling and dancing for Jeri Lee?

JERI: After I graduated high school, I went to college for a couple years. I see myself going back and getting my degree in nursing. Right now, I’m able to do the dancing and the modeling and it’s pretty fun for now.

DSPORT: Parting words?

JERI: Thank you so much for FINALLY allowing me to grace the cover and pages of DSPORT. Thanks to Publisher Mike, and, of course, my homie Richard Tran. I guess it paid off to bribe all those girls at the model search to vote for me. Thanks to the fans and to all the DSPORT readers. See you soon.
