Update: EKanoo Racing’s T1 R35 GT-R Sets the World Record Once Again [VIDEO]

EKanoo Racing took to social media this morning to announce that they had once again set the world record for the fastest & quickest GT-R with a quarter mile time of  7.366 @ 206 MPH. As expected, this all-wheel drive machine launched off the line like a rocket, laying down rubber and winding up the glorious-sounding turbochargers along the way. Check it out in the video below, and make sure to turn up the volume.

From EKanoo Racing:

“No better start of the racing weekend than breaking our previous world record on the first pass .
1.29 60ft
1/8 mile 4.89 @252 KM/H
ET 7.366 @331.62 (206 MPH )
Engine built by T1 Racing”

Update: Ekanoo Racing GT-R Runs 7.265

Since we published this article Ekanoo Racing has topped themselves once again with a 7.265@328.18 KM/H (204 MPH ) quarter mile pass for the new World Record. This makes for a 0.101 quicker run than their last. And at these speeds, every tenth of a second gets harder and harder to shave off. Still, we have a feeling though they aren’t done yet. Pretty impressive!
